I’m just waiting for the kids to be old enough to be on their own (another 6 years). It sucks but she is what she is. Do I have faults? Most certainly I am not a fool!! But I do know the basics and my wife’s life is better than it was when I met her. Her mother and father have very cavalier attitudes and it was my mistake to not see that but I will NEVER regret my 2 beautiful children who she has even affected as far as my relationship with them are concerned. They are 12 and 14 now and very sharp. They are catching on so I know that they will understand when the time comes. Yours will too. Talk to them everyday and tell them you love them.
