The one thing we forget to quantify is QOL years.

I am aware of that. I observe the same. Most of the long-term survivors on my list had no real side effects , no recurrence and returned to normal life. Of course, I don’t know if they are treatment or placebo. They all say that DCvax-L saved their lives. And I believe them! (And I found additional reasons to believe that.)
