2 months to get Pink Current on otc and now they missed the filing date for the financials per 04/30/2020. That's a bad turn.

Halberd cannot keep current for a few reasons. The ticker and stock transferred to Alaric Corp in the amount of 2 billion shares under Halberd Transition Corp. Nothing has been filled with FINRA to reflect this change in status. So the current share structure they advertise on OTCM is incorrect and they transferred everything out of the original shell company to another while still attempting to scam investors under the original shell company. This is blatant fraud but since when did Goulding ever care about fraud. He has been convicted for fraud before.

Now you know why the name change to Technology Health Inc. never materialized and they reverted back to Halberd.
