It took HALB 2 months to get Pink Current on otc and now they missed the filing date for the financials per 04/30/2020. That's a bad turn. Think they will file them today or tomorrow. Seems the bottom is .004 now, with the news flow I'm expecting the SP will move onward and upward. See what happens if they get into detail on the contracts with UTEP (production antibodies), VA Hospitals (testing and trials) and Datatecnics (nano laser technology). Anyway, do your own DD.
