The SEC Release No. 34.88465, paragraph 3(c) states that the registrant is required to file with the Commission any report, schedule, or form required to be filed no later than 45 days after the original due date. On or about 15 May 2020, the registrant filed a form 8-K, in compliance with the aforementioned release, granting the registrant a maximum reportable date of 29 June 2020; 45 calendar days from the initial period. In accordance with 17 CFR § 230.257(f)(i), the issuer has disclosed it’s reliance on paragraph (f) and has stated its good faith reason for an untimely report. Although the form 8-K, supplied by the registrant stipulates a compliance date of 14 June 2020, their statutory obligation is 29 June 2020.
