Amarin has no choice but to go for winning Appeal - to save US market.

I think that Amarin yesterday telling the world about Settlement with Apotex (a generic that no one have ever heard of before) - was a way of signaling to Hikma - Reddy - that the Irish Company (that almost died' costing hundred of millions for R-I trial on FDA's claim) - is trusting Singer to win Appeal - leaving Hikma and Reddy - with nothing other - than millions in legal fees.

A way to signal/tell the rest of us - that it was the two generics' that refused to settle.

This is my Gut Feeling about this'.

I could be wrong - seldom are' - but it has happened before :)
