the company answered someone´s question (from stockwits)

Don't shoot the messenger...
Good day,
As a shareholder I am wondering on “lift the stay in the patent infringement lawsuit against Google” what a timeframe that might be and the procedures?

How long will it take to file?

How long will it take for the court to lift the stay?

How long will it take to set a court date?

Will there be press releases at those points of communication from the court?

Mike Smargiassi,

Google can file a request for a rehearing with the CAFC – Google has to make the request within 30 days and can petition the Supremum Court of the U.S. Both of those potential actions, if Google chooses to pursue them will add time to the process. After Google exhausts all options at the CAFC then Netlist intends to file a motion to lift the stay. Netlist will not know potential timing of the patent infringement lawsuit against Google in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of CA until after Netlist’s file its request to lift the stay.
