72M share float and the buyer yesterday bought a minimum of 1M of that. Seems reasonable to ascertain that this buyer has also been buying last few days (and/or same style of large scale buyer who is not an OTC trader but is a long term investor) so it stands to reason that 3,5,10M shares of the 72M share float were put into some "mysterious" large buyers hands.

To a certain extent, i would presume that the long this goes on for, the more this float is actually locked down and there will be a big spike north once/if the buyer feels they have shook enough of the flippers shares free.
