Found this on PGLA yahoo board:

Halted again...

This time pending an announcement about a private placement of shares. I'm guessing these are done close to prevailing market prices.

Could this be a strategic venture of which the placement is a component? That would be the best case scenario.

The letter to ASX gives no details other than a capital raise.
