Woodstock....I gladly took the 14.10 that the market offered me this morning, after reading your report on the short trading volume yesterday of 33% of total volume traded... I can only imagine the numbers for today...this short volume ratio that you post is very telling as to the actions of traders in coop stock..I suspected that the "cup and handle" that JWW posts each day was a setup, and also the TV interview by Cooperman...why?... if this was a bona fide rally off of the cup and handle, the MM would have taken coop much higher in price... why didn't they?... they don't have long shares to sell to the public, and they were filling retail shares with naked short shares...they are not going to fuel a rally with shares they are shorting, so although coop made a nice run yesterday, it was bogus...why again?... if the MM were sincere in trapping those 5 million shares short, they would have creamed the short sellers... but they didn't, because they are the ones that are short...The SEC allows this action by MM, and it is necessary to keep an orderly market...so what to do....? don't get mad, get even!!!... recognize their pattern, and follow them in and out of the trades each cycle...Bruce Lee, the martial artist said it best... "be like water when fighting an opponent"...make your move based on his move an adapt your style to the circumstances given at the time...do not be rigid in your trading pattern, but adapt to the market...keep up the good work in posting this vital short volume data.. it has helped me immensely.....
