Can you find out if theyre buying preferred stock or common? If Edwin isnt giving up his Series B than why bother.

Unless this guy is confident he can make the common share price rise, what good does having the majority of the common shares get him? Without Series B, Edwin still has 51%+.

I think the erc20 is related to crypto that uses Ethereum's blockchain. So their DDKoin probably uses or will be using erc20 protocol. Convert the DDKoin into erc20 tokens so they can be kept in their eWallets.
