I talked to someone through fb messenger yesterday. Told me they plan on buying majority shares but will not be taking over day to day operations. They are working on finishing their own integration of their wallet with something called erc20. Then will look to buy the shares and begin collaborating/ integrating with kpay platform to strength multi channel ecosystem. Not sure what it all means but it does sound like Edwin isn’t going anywhere. They were very nice and responsive to my questions and I told them I was just researched kpay as a possible investment.
