JW, Forbearance is a Cash Flow matter...

...that really doesn't impact net service revenues and the bottom line; as COOP can continue to "accrue" earned and unpaid service fees.

...but, yes, Cash Flow dealing with the Government Ordered (CARES Act) Forbearance is also important. Personally, IMO such government action was similar to the Defense Production Act by, directly, requiring the mortgage servicers like COOP to pay the principal and interest for 4 months during the Forbearance.

...if what we've seen is not a 'LC "play" to highlight on the one hand and liquidate with the other; could be governmental and corporate insiders via their underground leak railroads might know if COOP might be soon able to re-finance its debt (with staggering interest rates compared to today) and maybe with the help of, or direct with, the FED.

...regardless, would like to see $18 on whatever the underlying cause.
