If you have followed this stock and especially this board for any length of time you know I was actually easy on you compared with some of the posts that have appeared here. At least I didn't say anything derogatory about your mother, which has unfortunately occurred before. That said, your reply was respectful and well spoken and I appreciate that. I have tried with varying degrees of success to stay above the fray in terms of the personal attacks. I was wrong to imply you were lying and I apologize. I have been following this stock and Patrick Downs (from afar) for a long time and it can be difficult to maintain my composure at times. I believe someone loses credibility, regardless of their opinion, when they resort to inappropriate language and unsubstantiated accusations. I will refrain from either in any future replies to you.
You certainly seem highly motivated to find out the truth about this stock. I have devoted way too much time to this soap opera. I guess it has become somewhat of a hobby for me. I completed my M.B.A. a couple of months ago and compared to the past 2 years now have a great deal of time on my hands as well. I am also quite used to doing internet research and out of habit seem to be almost compelled to cite all of my sources, because in the academic world, a statement without backup is just an opinion and therefore not worth very much.
As for myself. I personally have no relationship past or present with Patrick Downs. We had an indirect relationship sometime ago, that I will refrain from discussing here, which is responsible for my veracity toward uncovering his misdeeds. My reference to his drinking was taken from an Orlando Sentinel article from the early 90's. I believe it was a quote from an OPD Detective that stated that Downs frequented a nightclub in Orlando, was a heavy drinker and made his presence there very much known.
Can you give the board the address of the IDS warehouses? I will be in Orlando later this week for a job interview and I would like to check them out for myself. And how were you able to get his driver license number? I did a background check based on current/past home addresses and birthdate, but additional information was available with a DL# that I did not have. Any assistance would be appreciated.
I can’t agree with you more that if the claims from IDS are true then this stock is worth a fortune and IDWD would be one of the most undervalued stocks ever. With a conservative price to sales multiplier of 1, the stock should easily be worth $20.00. Based on $1B in sales divided by 50M shares. But that is the rub isn't it. Since we can't verify any of the claims, we can't put a true value on it.
Finally, as a retired military man, I am sure you share my deep sense of right and wrong. So even if this is small potatoes for the SEC, if it is fraud that still makes Downs a criminal (again) and he deserves to go to jail (again). So until he either offers up proof of the financial status of IDS or trade in the stock is halted, I will continue to hammer away at him.
