Hello Jim1947, Gulfslope’s last May 8, 2020 8K SEC Filing stated they anticipated filing their Quarterly 10Q no later than June 29, 2020.

But, Gulfslope’s Headquarters is located in Harris County, Houston, Texas and their ‘Stay-at-home’ ‘Work-safe” order, specifically for Office Building Businesses, was just lifted June 10, 2020.

We will have to wait and see if that still rings true or if they issue another 8K stating a small delay. As always, a Gulfslope Energy ‘News Release’ could come at anytime.

The price of $GSPE since May 28, 2020 has risen +-70%.

Yes, I did noticed through out the day the Bid “Request” volume was sometimes at least 4 times higher than the Ask “Request” volume. Possible future Put/Call Ratio? Even I, as it has been pointed out, an inexperienced investor (LOL) does not think that applies today.
