Interesting that NGW and ZENA are selling for about the same share price. ZENA's problem is they can't seem to grow high THC flower that sells quickly. They also have tremendous debt weighing them down, and as you pointed out HD, they are far from profitability.
NGW doesn't appear to have any of these problems, so the market is now valuing both company's sp about the same, even though ZENA's indoor facility is 10 times larger and they employ 100s of workers. To me NGW's only obstacle to future large scale growth is capacity.
Many smaller indoor craft growers are starting to license their vacant land for outdoor grow. This will supply the biomass they need for extraction without building more costly indoor facilities, or greenhouses. It also increases the value of unlicensed vacant land in case of acquisition.
This is why I hope NGW will get their 15 acres of vacant land licensed, (If zoning allows). Also, they might be able to double indoor grow capacity by using multi level vertical growing tech. Exciting times for NGW. glta
