Very easy for any public company like Axon or WRTC or even a Meggit to justify a price of $20 right now. For Axon and WRTC the acquisition would be accretive at even $30 per share. Remember these companies trade at PS of 10 to 50. VirTra is at a little over 1.

And any PE group could buy this at $20 and have it look dirt cheap within 18 months. Even an avg sales team could generate annual sales of $100mil within two years. $500mil within 5 years. Company would be worth about $2billion at that point.

And even without all the BLM stuff, all the above would still be true.
