CUBV management increases the AS from 3 billion to 10 billion.

Shareholder (Margaret Willett) sues CUBV management for fraud.

07-June-2019
Current CUBV management (Margarett and George Morgan) obtained a $282,085 judgment against former CEO Alex Procopio: San Diego County Superior Court Case No. 37-2019-00012385-CU-FR-CTL.

12-June-2019
Shareholder (Margaret Willett) was appointed custodian of the CUBA Beverage Company business entity in Wyoming by the Wyoming District Court.  Old management is long gone.

In addition, Alex Procopio was indicted and arrested for securities fraud by the SEC: Case No. 3:20-cv-00182-BEN-LL

All 518 million shares held by Alex Procopio will very likely be cancelled pursuant to an expected court order and returned to the CUBV stock treasury. Note: The final ruling on this matter was delayed due to the COVID lockdown impact on the court calendar. However, things are moving again so its just a matter of time IMO.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendant is permanently barred from participating in an offering of penny stock, including engaging in activities with a broker, dealer, or issuer for purposes of issuing, trading, or inducing or attempting to induce the purchase or sale of any penny stock. A penny stock is any equity security that has a price of less than five dollars, except as provided in Rule 3a51-1 under the Exchange Act [17 C.F.R. 240.3a51-1].

The above pertains to following court case: Securities and Exchange Commission v. Alex C. Procopio, Mark S. Zouvas, and Christian R. Hansen, No. 3:20-cv-00182-BEN-LL (S.D. Cal. filed Jan. 29, 2020)
