There is nothing in the MTA prohibiting Liquidmetal from receiving manufacturing revenue for an Apple product even if manufactured by a partner.

Technically, you may be correct. There is no specific statement prohibiting LQMT from accepting money from other companies engaged in making CE parts using BMGs. But the MTA does prohibit LQMT from doing business with such companies. So if LQMT can find companies that are willing to give money to LQMT simply out of the kindness of their heart, and not related to doing business with them, the MTA doesn’t prohibit LQMT from accepting such charity.
