I didn't say the PR was false, I said the lawsuit has not been filed as yet.

Before any lawsuit is filed, I believe that they will have to take depositions showing that Isee (the original party Defendant against whom the default judgment was issued), turned into Vicareo. I don't believe they can outright sue Vicareo until they get evidence under oath that Isee is now Vicareo. BRKK will have to demonstrate to the Court that Vicareo is one and the same as Isee and that takes some effort. And.....that will take some time before an actual lawsuit would be filed against Vicareo.
Right now they have a judgment against Isee and want a recovery from Vicareo. Have to straighten out that incongruity.
