Dr. Staelin was offered the COB position in October 2019 when AW passed away and he declined.

Now 8 months later he has accepted the position.

What would cause him to change his mind? How about a guaranteed revenue stream from a new Partner or Two.

This is a major change as the Whelans no longer have a majority on the Board. Non family members now control the BIEL agenda. The BOD sets the agenda the CEO implements it.

Dr. Staelin served on the BIEL Board of directors for over 7 years and knows BIEL's business very well. He designed the UK Social Media Campaign which produced BIEL's largest years of Sales.
