A year ago MKgP was essentially worthless trading on the greys as the share price reflected.....as a Empty non SEC reporting shell with no debt, it was probably worth .005 a share on paper...but...we know that Watson Energy investments was doing about $6 ml in revs from web sources....easily worth at least .10 in that scenario or more...since both have the same CeO, it would appear that he wants to get the better company, Watson, public....certainly makes funding for bigger projects easier down the road....they are in talks about making other acquisitions too.....the most realistic option is to issue shares to make the deal go thru....possibly preferred shares could be authorized and issued....or commons....whichever ones are, they will be restricted anyway...if they are able to raise enough funds from private sources, anything is possible...if they somehow could merge with USR Drilling, the they would have much more access to capital...that’s a good sized company..prob has a decent credit line at a bank I would think..ceo of USR and maverick are old friends...they got something planned as they aren’t exactly spring chickens anymore...at the very least, drilling partners...they are going thru big expenses of time and $ to make this all happen...the master plan will be revealed soon enough
