Regarding a potential merger with Watson Energy Investments, is the benefit in merging with Maverick that the later being a publicly traded company and Watson not, this will provide Watson with access to capital markets? Anyone have any thoughts on how a potential merger would work, and what would be the impact on Maverick’s share price? Would a merger dilute share value or increase it?
