If the oral nicotine tech is as good as Lexaria and its shareholders believe, Lexaria Nicotine is worth far more than 12 Million dollars, at least ten to fifteen times that would be a reasonable place to start bids IMO. The original contract says nothing about selling the subsidiary for 12M but rather suggests "then-current fair market value" would be offered.
