HDG, Thanks for responding. To the best of my knowledge the Exclusivity clock starts when the NDA or ANDA is approved. It is also my understanding that the clock could be stopped if we filed an injunction. This is in my opinion why we didn't file. I don't know the details of the settlement with Teva. I also didn't feel the need to research that. This is from years ago memory.(nce trial) I might have it wrong.
