Not necessarily, a court decision* will trigger the 180-day exclusivity. More likely TEVA (and Reddy and Apotex ... and any other generics) could launch (if ANDA approved) around Q3/Q4 2020.

* I DD'd it weeks / months ago, it could be the District Court Order ... did not finish my DD since it is not a topic that worth an effort.
