They'll be a ratio to what you have at the end of some future record date ie, 1/1000 or so.
Nobody knows what the ratio will be but,

They'll show up in your account as a CUSIP number like this;
Then, once when the new ticker gets approved,
they will change the CUSIP number to the new ticker.
