JL. Teva settled before the R-It results were known . Part of that settlement allowed Teva to enter earlier if any other generic did .

If Hikma /Dr R prevail and launch then expect Teva to launch 6 mths after that ( exclusivity period I believe for generics ) .

So in 2022 we would end up with Teva generic L and Teva generic V ...IF generics prevail in the appeal
