My comments were not to insult or intimidate anyone

I can freely post my thoughts and opinions, and I do not need anyone(s) telling me not to.

You have contributed useful information that is of value to readers of this board, I hope you will continue sharing your opinions and information

My point, and I don’t apologize for gradually escalating to bluntness, was that assuming a role of “speaker of the house” or otherwise trying to dissuade contrarian views is counterproductive to the free expression and data sharing that I (and hopefully others) seek in trading forums such as ihub.

To recap a few of the items that resulted in my bluntness

-when the SP had bottomed and I posted something along the lines of “ well this sucks, I hope that —— “ , you responded something like “everyone knows that —-, and we’re all long term investors on this board who don’t short or whatever”

- someone else posted some anecdotal comments reportedly from sources close to the company (not insider info, just conversational input” - and you responded “I don’t believe you, where is a link to that information, I always post my sources”

In spite of my drawing attention to these as ad hominem attacks, you continued disparaging any poster who didn’t post glowingly about GSPE and implied they were ignorant, evil, part of a bullying gang of shorters and manipulative bastards

I grew tired of the condescending attitude coming from someone who, IMO, has A LOT to learn about stock markets, trading, and board etiquette

I can hold my thoughts when talked down to by someone that I can learn something from, otherwise my patience is limited

As a side note, I don’t give a second thought to insults directed at me, especially on an anonymous stock board. They’re nothing but pixels on my screen. I’ve been threatened face to face, shot at, and had my life and business threatened by career criminals.

In other words, I don’t think it’s useful to get bent out of shape if my comments didn’t sit well with you. They aren’t any more than thoughts and pixels

So, with all that behind us now, I suggest that we just go back to respecting everyone’s right to post their views while trying to share relevant, actionable information
