Pretty much agree with your post. I think Jimmy thought since he was Chinese, he could get around some of the restrictions and the red tape. I am sure he helped but he didn't get BSEG the access he thought he could.

There were some others things that occurred that was questionable. I am sure we had to trust there accounting numbers for payment. When OZZY was released and the numbers reported weren't as good as hoped for, I was sure they were lying about the numbers. Ozzy was an ideal moving for China. However, not everything was bad. We did make some in roads and with the moving industry BSEG is in good standing.

A quick question. I did not understand whey the WWII movie was not released in China. I thought it was there version. Do you have any insight?
I am like Dixieman, I could see him resigning as Treasure, but not off the board. We still need an independent board member for a step up.
