You should call Ferris directly - HE MUST RETURN YOUR CALL as that is part of his job. document all calls of you trying to reach him. Record the calls. If they say get in contact with IR do the same.

FYI - if they do not call you back or speak to you they are not following there fiduciary duty and you can hold them responsible.
