Thanks for the info... I am not surprised at all. I talked with Dan Eliot and he was not totally up front. But I knew Enerblu was up to something.. He told me he had nothing to do with the company anymore while Enerblu was operational. But where was Enerblu getting their technology?? So, in my opinion essentiality he lied to me! Yes I have been questioning what happen to the Monbat's acquisition. If you have been reading my post Gbat I think I covered every angle possible. I think Enersys will acquire Monbat and clean this mess up at the same time. I also thing the judge gave Enersys a time frame..! Let's hope we at least get back out initial investment!
