If TCO wants to contest this I think they can win. Blaming Covid doesn’t fly IMO. For now, this may allow SPG to afford the dividend. I think any announcement that the divi is fine, the stock will surge north. Even a cut for now to be conservative may do the same thing. With a vaccine, the malls will prosper once again. Millennials like the malls. That’s my analyst assessment..lol.
