I've said repeatedly atm offerings as needed to operate so sp isn't priced for bankruptcy. In short, get sp up via expanded vet business and then worry about getting cash to fund human trials be it another Reg A or atm at higher sp. The current Reg A at $0.027 isn't the final dilution for human trials anyway.
