Even if the ATM spout was set a trickle your not going to get new or old investor to buy up $5mill worth of shares without substantial news. And longs that are here now are already loaded.

With Reg-A, Korenko becomes a door to door salesmen for the deep pocket communities. And in my opinion is doing well.

We'll see.
