*Note; It's gonna take some real influence to get me to accept such a turnaround from illy .
Given that , I'll ask you for convo sake , how do/can you substantiate that ?

And FTR IMO , Assuming that 70bil A/S is close ballpark , a 20bil share O/S is still a hell of alot of shares for a company with a suBBB $10mil tangible MC .
If Dan has chosen to invest (which isn't a bad thing) into M's & A's , instead of reducing the share structure , then sumpin's gotta give .
*Note; I am NOT a R/S flag waver but , without a R/merger/split/aquisition I'm left hanging in the breeze .
