Gold closing in on all time highs and since 1996 nobody can mine Pascua Lama or Pascua or Lama or Mina Pascua or.. ya the gold in that area?

Per Wheaton aka Silver Wheaton “ Once in production, Pascua-Lama is forecast to be one of the largest and lowest cost gold mines in the world with an expected mine life in excess of 25 years”.
