Giving up control and embracing failure is key.

Very Taoist, which is wonderful. But is not confidence inspiring from an old school business perspective.

Then again, I could be well behind the times.

Was thinking about the relative importance of digital initiatives to NWBO. In my mind, making progress on Direct is well ahead of anything I could think of spending money on related to digital “transformation.”

What is the relevance of sophisticated digital technology to NWBO anyway? At this point I think they could get away with having a webmaster.
