Serious questions asked here:
1. Dilution then RS, then dilution..., where is the end of it?
2. Bad math for RS, no requirement of minimum shares for RS qualification of getting 100 shares, is it fair for long time investors for holding millions of shares?
3. where is the patent filing status? is Brk going to have one soon? Technologically speaking, brk needs patent to back it up
4. it should be easy for them to come up with a well established website? if they do not do this thing, how are they doing to confirm they are serious of their business?
