1) Ignore - Get the muck out of here
2) Deny - Don't worry, we're rejecting all claims
3) Delay - We'll file every type of legal challenge & appeal
4) Defend - You have nothing <<< We are here?

6) Anger - Is this really happening? Those <expletive goes here>!
7) Admit - Hickory, we have a problem (COMM's HQ) <<< We are here

9) Negotiate - Haggle over terms of settlement <<< And here?
10) Accept - Buy patents, settle or license technology & pay royalties
