The fact that he went out of his way to tweet what he was doing pretty much says it all. He’s obviously upset that he was supposedly pushed out, and felt the need to try and bring shareholders down with him. I’m not worried about him trying to go after $CUBV because I’ve seen a whole lot of drama from him over the past decade. Tbh, I had a feeling he would do this eventually. Just seems sociopathic that he would try and cause doubt with current shareholders by making it public instead of filing the litigation behind the scenes. Traders that are familiar with him KNOW what his agenda was today. This is all just my personal opinion.
