Really good stuff and I thank you. The tail is great. The separation at the 50% level may have been the reason for the trial extension as stated.

My real question is how much better 50% PFS gets if the effects of pseudo progression is adjudicated? I would think the separation is dramatically improved even from these good traces. About the time they considered extending the trial this had to be a large factor. If the patient showed fast progression but lived longer than expected each of those data points would need modification.

The Direct scans clearly showed early progression with killer cell infiltration.

Any real way to model the effects of pseudo progression into the model?
