Raf--why would omitting this shortcoming of Mori (lack of direct inter-arm stat sig test) fail Amarin's case when Covington already argued:

-500mg/dl patient population distinction
-Mori data shows EPA increases LDL
-Mori small sample size
-Mori emphasizes DHA's benefits, rather than EPA
-Other comparable prior art also showed EPA increases LDL, as Mori did

...how exactly did Covington fail? Even if Amarin bore burden of proof, which they didn't.
