30-40% of the 13 larger MSOs got indemnification.
The larger MSOs had the market share, revenue, size & power to require (perceived?) indemnification from Arris.
Remember researching it or somehow calculated it. Been too long ago.
Yes, it was in Arris's and in some MSOs 10-Ks previously.
Also, believe others had posted as well.
Of course, Comcast being one of them.
