It's PBC that's on the hook for wire fraud. And they admitted it in their defense, by declaring themselves MRBs, then stating that banks won't accept MRB money. CANN's money was wired into, and wired out from, O Bee Credit Union, and Chase Bank, by PBC. Without PBC having told Chase and O Bee it was MRB money. If funds are "frozen," they're frozen because Chase and O Bee found out on their own that it was MRB money, deposited fraudulently by Costello/PBC/GRN Funds. Other banks too, according to you

PBC has accounts in dozens of credit unions, banks, and other financial institutions to maintain adequate FDIC insurance.


It's nice to have a lot of horsepower in the engine room but you need some in the wheelhouse too.
