There was always a chance of losing US; however small, this should have been mitigated by settlement. Amarin had $10s of billions to offer by negotiating an earlier than 2029 entry. IMO greed took over due to the strategic error of having no real plans to GIA in US...Amarin has been looking to get bought out from day 1.
