Atacama is not even capable of filing required documentation either for the SEC or Canada and any claims they will move onto the TSX up north are a pipedream. Given their lack of compliance I doubt very much whether the Canadians will grant ACRL the right to do so. They have made claims they are moving to the TSX which in itself, according to my sources in Ontario, not allowed, Grant also stated the shares were worth much more than their current valuation which also can land the company in hot water. Atacama is nowhere near having the cease trade order lifted.
