Nope. On second thought, let's build-up those corporate coffers until we are so flush with cash that banks will come courting and we can build-out using cash-on-hand.

Debt is a killer. It will crush an individual and it will devour a company. Avoid it at all costs. It is a mantra that I live by. My company has a million dollar line-of-credit and we owe nothing on it. My office is paid for. All equipment is paid for. Zero debt beyond the ebb and flow of payables and receivables.
