Anyone that bought in at lower prices would be crazy to ride this into the phase 3 results. I see a Vical like death coming soon to an NWBO shareholder near you. Co has almost a whopping 700 mil shares outstanding, only 14 employees, no cash and over 50 mil in liabilities. Not going to end well imo.
