Agreed.

I find the defenses legal manuvering quite interesting. If the big players planned to indemnify all along, it weakens their argument for separate trials. So of coarse they didnt want to disclose this. Now that they have separate trials they can indemnify the small players and control the legal defense strategy of each individual trials with the ultimate goal of minimizing the aggregate damages
